Returns & Exchanges

At Stripe & Stare, we want you to feel amazing in our sustainable basics. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the reusable shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
