What materials are used in Stripe & Stare products?
Our signature collection is crafted from TENCEL™ Modal, a sustainably sourced fiber derived from beechwood. It is twice as soft as cotton and fully biodegradable.
How should I care for my items to ensure they last?
To maintain the softness and shape of your garments, we recommend a cool machine wash at 30°C and laying them flat to dry. Avoid tumble drying to preserve the fiber integrity.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, knickers can only be returned if the hygiene seal remains intact.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
